The name PawJoy captures

the exact moment our founder, Sarah, knew what her mission had to be. It was a sunny afternoon, and she watched her golden retriever

Max (a true enthusiast of mud puddles), and her sleek Siamese cat, Luna (a connoisseur of high-altitude naps), playing in the garden.
They were completely different—Max, all clumsy enthusiasm and wet noses; Luna, pure grace and quiet dignity—yet they shared one thing: the pure, unadulterated joy of being loved.

Sarah realized that every scratch behind the ears, every comfortable bed, and every nutritious meal was a way to give that joy back to them.
